Your Breast Surgery Recovery

Most breast augmentation patients are able to return to work five to seven days following their breast surgery. Light lifting is advised. Patients can generally resume their exercise schedule after three weeks; however, one should follow the physician's advice carefully to avoid injury or damage to the affected areas.

We recommend wearing a sports bra for support after breast surgery. We will review specific instructions with you at your preoperative and postoperative appointments.
